All Registration is on a first come first served basis

Registration:
(2 Children - $45 per Child)
(3 or more $40 per Child)		 $50.00
Concession Duty Fee Fee will be returned when you have fulfilled your concession duties. $20.00

**NOTE: After August 1st, LATE REGISTRATION FEE will be $150.00

  • A Copy of birth certificate is required for all first year players.
  • All registration and concession fees must be paid at the time of registration.
    Checks, payable to Carlynton Little Cougars Football Association will be accepted.
  • No player will be able to register after August 1, 2008 unless approved by the Board of Directors
  • Football will have up to 32 players per team, based on a first-come, first served basis. Cheerleading will have up to 22 participants per squad (twerps will be limited to 15), based on a first-come, first served basis.
  • Additional costs may include: (football) spikes, mouthpiece, socks, (cheerleader) kick pants or sweats.
  • Please note that working two times at the concession stand during games will be required per child. Times and dates will be assigned by the volunteer coordinator at registration. If you do not work you will forfeit your $20 dollar fee. You may also pay the $20 dollar concession fee and we will find you a replacement.
